My journey in business began at the highest level during pivotal years at McKinsey & Co., where I immersed myself in Executive organization,  operational excellence, and team-leadership design. The invaluable insights and business methodologies I mastered there ultimately gave me the tools and the confidence to build my own successful brand from the ground up.

 

Today, as a proud Dominican, I am returning home to the island that raised me, driven by a deep desire to give back to my community. My mission is to contribute to our economy by providing meaningful employment opportunities and elevating how business is conducted across the island. I believe we can thoughtfully prepare Dominica for the rapid pace of global development while fiercely protecting our unique identity as the Nature Island.
